She is a registered Industrial Psychologist and member of International Coaching Federation. While in corporate, she has held executive leadership positions across various industries.
She successfully transitioned from corporate to private practice, having founded Symotree in 2015.
Hannelie has lead Symotree into a multi-disciplinary People and Organisational Development business servicing organisations and individuals across the globe.
